LuxLimo Faqs

How will I recognize my Chauffeur?
LuxLimo chauffeurs are in dress attire; black suit, white shirt and black tie. Your Chauffeur will display a personalized paging sign with your name.
What if I do not see my chauffeur?
Our chauffeurs routinely arrive at any pick up location (at a residence, office or airport) 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time. If driver has not arrived in this time frame, please call 832-836-0706.
May I get a receipt for my transportation services?
You will receive a receipt automatically in your email, once credit card payment is cleared and balance total is paid in full.
Should I tip my chauffeur?
Gratuity is not included, but you can tip your chauffeur based on your own discretion.
I had a limousine reservation but my plans have changed or have been canceled?
Advance notice is required for any change or cancellation in order to avoid possible additional charges. Change or cancellation of any limo service on the weekend we require 24 hours notice prior to pickup time.
If, I place a reservation for 8 hours, but after pick-up I realize I require less time; will I be charged for the full 8 hours?
Yes, Hourly orders are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for. Minimum posted number of hours; is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be billed for.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations are accepted by phone only. Airport Arrivals & Departure Transfers: LuxLimo requires that cancels be received no less than 8 hours prior to p/up time. Roundtrip Orders must be cancelled as 2 separate orders. Hourly Limo Packages, Specials & Tours: LuxLimo requires that cancels be received no less than 48 hours prior to p/up time. Intl. Reservations (Outside US/Canada): LuxLimo requires that cancellations be received; no less than 72 hours prior to p/up time. Roundtrip orders must be cancelled as 2 separate orders If you fail to cancel by the prescribed time frames prior to your p/up time you will be charged in full for the order. All Deposits are non-refundable; even if you cancel w/in prescribed time frames. The balance in full will be due should you fail to cancel by prescribed time frame or no-show at p/up. If you cancel by the prescribed time frame the balance is waived.

What happens if my flight is late?
Our operations staff monitors the exact arrival time of each and every commercial flight into Houston. You can be assured that your chauffeur will be waiting for you when you arrive. - All airport transfers between the hours of 12:00 AM and 4:30 AM will incur a $25 surcharge regardless of the circumstances.
What if my flight is canceled?
There is no charge for any flight arriving into Houston that is canceled by the airline. However, it is the responsibility of the traveler or booking agent to notify our office at 832-836-0706 to advise us of any new travel arrangements.
Can I make a last minute limousine reservation?
We will make every attempt to accommodate you.
I am traveling with an infant. Are there car seats available?
Due to size and safety restrictions for different age group , we are unable to provide car seates, but customers are more than welcome to bring their owns.
Is smoking allowed?
Our entire fleet of vehicles is nonsmoking. We respect the rights of the smoker, but we also respect the rights of the next passenger who may not smoke.
Can i consume alcohol in the vehicle?
Yes, if you are of the legal age (21 years or older in Texas) then you may consume alcohol that you have brought with you.
How far in advance should I place my reservation?
Availability changes daily and we suggest you place reservation as soon as you have firm travel dates and times.houston
